What is the right plan for me?
Free is best if you want to try each analysis module once. Starter is for regular monthly usage across all modules. Scale is for heavier usage with higher monthly allowances.
How do monthly limits work?
Limits are counted per module. Predictions, Social Media, Data Analysis, and Sentiment each have their own monthly allowance on paid plans. Your billing cycle is anchored to the time you entered your current plan.
When does my billing cycle reset?
Paid plans reset on a monthly cycle based on the date you started your current plan (not a fixed calendar month). For example, if you start or upgrade on Apr 14, your next reset is around May 14, then Jun 14, and so on.
What happens when I upgrade while I still have remaining limits?
When your upgrade payment is confirmed, your current subscription period ends immediately and a new billing cycle starts on the plan you purchased. Remaining usage from the previous cycle does not carry over.
Can I purchase the same plan again (renew early)?
Yes. A new successful payment starts a new billing cycle on that plan. This is useful if you want to reset your monthly allowances before your current cycle ends.
What happens if I don’t renew or upgrade?
If you’re on a paid plan and you do not renew, your account will return to the Free plan when your current paid subscription period ends.
Will I be logged in automatically after payment?
For paid registration, your account is created and you are signed in automatically after payment succeeds. For upgrades, you remain signed in and your plan is updated after payment succeeds.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. After a successful paid registration or upgrade, a receipt PDF is generated and available under Subscription.
What payment methods are supported?
We support online payments via FPX (online banking). The exact list of banks shown during checkout may vary, but you can complete payment using your bank’s online banking.

An "analysis" is a completed run in that module (e.g. one prediction job, one social profile report). Monthly counts reset each billing cycle on paid plans. Free trials are one completion per module until you upgrade.
